1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Serio website and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our website or services.
2. Services Description
Serio provides premium done-for-you business infrastructure, including but not limited to landing pages, full websites, sales funnels, CRM setups, email automation, and AI voice/text integration. The specific scope of work for any project will be defined in a separate proposal or agreement.
3. Consultations and Intake
Strategy calls, contact forms, and AI-driven intake flows are intended for project qualification. Submitting information or booking a call does not guarantee project acceptance or the commencement of services.
4. Payment and Fees
Pricing for our builds and retainers is as listed on our website or as quoted in a custom proposal. Payments are processed through third-party providers. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in your specific service agreement.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and all necessary assets (logos, copy, etc.) required for the completion of your build. You represent that you have the right to use any content you provide to us.
6. AI and Automation
Our services often involve AI-driven tools. While we aim for high accuracy and performance, AI can occasionally produce unexpected results. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying critical information generated or handled by these tools.
7. Intellectual Property
Serio retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, templates, and processes. Upon full payment, you are granted a license to use the custom deliverables created specifically for your project.
8. Limitation of Liability
Serio provides infrastructure to help you grow, but we do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as revenue, ad performance, or search rankings. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Serio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
9. Disclaimer
These Terms of Service are provided for general informational purposes and do not constitute formal legal advice. We recommend reviewing these terms with legal counsel to ensure they meet your specific business requirements.
